Once payment is complete, you get unlimited revisions until the design matches your vision. Colors, logos, names, numbers, layouts — we keep tweaking until the whole squad says “that is the one.”

Do I pay before I see a design?
No. After you approve your quote you receive one initial mockup for free. You only pay once you decide to move forward.
How many revisions do I get?
Once payment is complete, revisions are unlimited until the design matches your vision.
How fast will I hear back?
Our team responds with a quote or answer within 48 business hours of your request.
How long does production take?
Allow roughly 3–4 weeks from payment, and less with expedited options. See the Turnaround tab for ways to speed things up.
Can you make my custom Basketball gear in any size?
Yes. Items are made for any body size and every body type, and our Sizing tab has charts for a closer look.
What if I do not see the product I want?

Each and every individual order is 100% Custom Designed and 100% Custom Made by Hand. Your brand and your team deserves the best quality products, and they take time! Please allow 3–4 weeks from payment to receive your order at your door.
Most orders deliver faster, but we build in extra time to account for shipping delays, production adjustments, and occasional hiccups. If you have a rock-solid deadline, make sure your customer service representative is aware and we'll make it happen! Expedited rush options can turn around in less than a week if needed!

We are a proudly multicultural and multinational company with headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. If you would like, we can keep every step of the manufacturing process in the USA and shave off 1–2 weeks of production time. Look for details in our ordering form!

Sizing Charts
Each item is hand-cut and machine-sewn which gives us a ton of flexibility and allows us to make items for any body size and every body type. Most products follow traditional sizing you would expect from box stores — please check our sizing charts carefully if you are looking for a specific fit.
